I can't upload content, it doesn't take me to step two even though the URL changes to http://www.memecenter.com/add#add/image

We're aware of the problem and will fix it soon. It only affects Internet Explorer btw.

I've posted memes  before but when I tried to this time it just acted as if I didn't click anything. I clicked save And it wouldn't suggest to either save to computer or post. Please help me.
