I can't upload content, it doesn't take me to step two even though the URL changes to http://www.memecenter.com/add#add/image

We're aware of the problem and will fix it soon. It only affects Internet Explorer btw.

I'm also having the same problem -I click upload but nothing happens except for the URL change. I use internet explorer -would changing to Firefox fix the problem?
